New Ford Endeavour ALL-Terrain Edition Launched

Ford India gave a facelift to its flagship SUV, Endeavour in 2009, when it got the kinetic design with a new front grille, body decals and side metallic scoop along with the 3.0-litre engine and automatic transmission. Since then we were all expecting the company to launch the next generation Ford Endevour, however that won’t happen anytime soon before 2014 end or 2015. But a good news for the ford lovers is that the company has launched a special 4x4 automatic ‘ALL-Terrain Edition’ in India at Rs 19.11 lakh (ex-showroom, New Delhi).

Ford Endeavour

Ford Endeavour ALL-Terrain Edition has received some good changes both mechanically and in design. On exteriors, the new special edition Endeavour gets a new grille, hood decal, chorme highlights, illuminated scuff plates, 16 inches chorme plated alloy wheels and a few more changes, helping it become more refreshed and aggressive in appearance. Inside the cabin as well, the car now receives two-tone beige interiors, touch sensitive GPS-enabled Satelite Navigation system and Decal and the new one touch up/down power windows.

Besides, the exterior changes, the car has got a list of features inside the cabin to enhance the driving convenience of the car like Reverse Parking Camera, Touch sensitive GPS-enabled Satelite Navigation System and Decal, one touch up/down power windows, New Electric Shift on the fly feature, new steering mounted audio controls and a few others.Engine of the car remains the same, it is the similar 3.0-litre diesel engine mated to a five-speed automatic transmission, offered on the existing variant as well.
