At present, the Maruti Suzuki Grand Vitara GNCAP safety ratings are not available as the car has not been crash-tested by the agency yet. It is worth noting that the Maruti Brezza scored an overall GNCAP safety rating of 4 stars, and the body shell was rated as stable. The Grand Vitara is expected to offer similar or even better ratings as it is underpinned by a similar Global-C platform. Reports also suggest that the new Maruti Suzuki Grand Vitara might soon undergo crash tests as part of the upcoming Bharat NCAP safety tests.
