Mercedes-Benz GL63 AMG to arrive on 15th April
The German automajor, Mercedes-Benz, went on introducing three AMG models in 2013 including G63, E63 and SLK 55. Now, the company plans to bring in the AMG version of GL SUV in India. The launch is scheduled to happen on 15th April.
The new GL63 AMG comes with a powerful powertrain 5.5-litre V8 mill, which offers an amazing performance reaching 100kmph from rest in just 4.9 seconds. While, the electronically limited top speed measures 250kmph. This high acclaimed engine has got the capacity to churn maximum power of 557bhp and 760Nm of peak torque.
The new GL63 AMG features engine with spray-guided direct petrol injection, piezo injectors, biturbo charging, air/water intercooling, all-aluminium crankcase, a four-valve-per cylinder design with variable camshaft adjustment, ECO start/stop system and alterator management. Inside the cabin, all top-notch quality elements lke Ventilated seats, Harman Kardon audio system, Panoramic sunroof, Tri-zone automatic climate control, Sirius satellite radio and many others that all-together reflect luxury in a unique way.
The exterior design is defined with 21-inch alloy wheels, Chromed AMG quad-tailpipes and AMG badges on the outside. There's an Active Curve control feature which is standard across all variants.
