2013 Honda Accord; Spy Pictures of Interiors
Following the pictures for the exteriors of the 2013 Honda Accord, are the spied pictures of the interiors of the premium sedan. As per the earlier revelations and pictures, the sedan will be lighter and looks more sober than the prevailing version.
The interiors were disclosed on a forum by a member to give a pretty clear picture of what the dashboard will look like along with a few other features. The highlight seems to be the new instrument panel which features an over-sized speedometer, the centre console with two screens, Econ button, multi-functional steering wheel etc.
The lower of the two touchscreens present will be the new HondaLink infotainment system and the larger unit will be the full-color unit for Honda’s i-MID- Intelligent Multi-Information Display. The i-MID displays all sorts of driving related information from Navigation system to trip computer functions.
The 2013 Accord is set to go up for sale in North American markets soon. The premium sedan will come with two engine options which are the 2.4-litre inline four and a 3.5-litre V6. The former is expected to be capable of delivering 181bhp of power. Soon to follow the same will be a 2.0-litre hybrid saloon model.
