- Best Car Under This BudgetAc is excellent, performance is great. It has 1198 cc engine. Best for city as well as highway rides, but there is one drawback that is mileage of this car, and through my personal experience, I feel that there should be six gear in the car so the performance will increase and more comfortable to ride.
