Promotions for Ford EcoSport to Keep it in News till the Launch

One of the vehicles making news constantly has been the Ford EcoSport. Ford is leaving no stone unturned in creating a hype and enthusiasm about the crossover. The markets were feeling disappointed about the delay in the launch but to keep up the enthusiasm of consumers regarding the SUV, Ford has started promoting it subtly.

There have been test runs for the models for some time now, which probably is an active endeavor to keep the EcoSport in news as well as to test how lucrative the SUV is on the Indian roads. Along with this, Ford is actively promoting the splendid 1-litre EcoBoost engine that recently brought laurels to them for the technology that it worked on, by winning the “Best New Engine of the Year” title from the Engine Technology International magazine, at the Engine Expo which was organized in Stuttgart, Germany.

The major competitor for the Ford’s first compact SUV would be Renault Duster which is almost there in the Indian market, in fact the wait is almost over and next week, on 4^th of July, Duster would drive in the markets. With Duster getting a good benefit for being the first of its kind to roll out in the market, Ford EcoSport might face some trouble.

Wishing that Ford EcoSport does not miss the bull’s eye and hoping that brings joy for Ford, taking it to the position that it wishes to seek in the Indian market…
