M & M clocks 58,314 units across all segments

Mahindra Mahindra is the most prominent and popular auto manufacturing company in India. On one hand, where numerous car manufacturers were struggling for their car sales, Mahindra Mahindra emerged victorious. Its sales were pretty impressive in the month of June. Mahindra Mahindra saw around 32% growth in June, which means that Mahindra Motors touched the sales mark of around 52,314 units.

The domestic sales of Mahindra Mahindra boosted to 29% that 33,772 units, whereas the exports went up to 51% year to year, which would be around 1,812 units. The major part of sales came from tractors that were approximately 37% (22,730 units). However a vital part of the tractors’ sales about 40% or so came from domestic sector.

It is a well-known fact that Mahindra Mahindra is quite dominant in the rural parts of India, which will further assist the firm in boosting up their sales. If figures are taken into account, the farm gear segment could grow up to 11 to 13% in the financial year of 2012 with a hope of better monsoons.Besides the sales from tractors, Mahindra and Mahindra car sales have also grown overall in the month of June 2011.
