Honda Mobilio coming this year; Jazz to arrive by early 2015
Honda Car India had recently unveiled its upcoming MPV and premium hatchback- Mobilio and Jazz, at Auto Expo'14. At the recent inauguration of Tapukara facility, Honda's officials have declared Amaze is the first vehicle to roll out from the unit. They have declared Mobilio to come by third quarter this year, and based on observation, Honda has always maintained a gap of 6 months between the launch of its vehicles. So, we expect Jazz to arrive by early 2015.
Considering the current market scenario, Honda has been aggressively taking on various aspects and is putting full efforts to deliver best to Indian customers. Year 2013 witnessed marvelous growth of the company with two major offerings like Honda Amaze and City. But the central focus of the company has been to strategies their moves in the market, and hold on the peak position here in India.
The company has also been planning on to expand their business, and introduce new vehicles and technologies that would just fit perfect for the India customers. Honda's another manufacturing facility, Tapukara unit, based in Rajasthan, is already been operationalised which is intended to bridge the gap between demand and supply. This has been the most challenging situation for the company, as earlier with just Noida facility, they could not meet up the required demand numbers.
Honda Amaze will be their first vehicle to roll out from Honda's Tapukara plant. And with these future vehicles lined up in the pipeline, the company will soon start with the second shift of production at this plant.
