Bajaj Auto to launch small car by 2010
Bajaj Auto is planning to launch an ultra cheap car by the year 2010-2011. According to reports the small car from Bajaj is expected to provide on-road mileage of around 30 km/hour. The price of the car is expected to be same as price of Tata Nano. The new Bajaj small car is expected to launch initially in petrol version and then the diesel version of this car will follow.s

Bajaj Auto is planning to launch an ultra cheap car by the year 2010-2011. According to reports the small car from Bajaj is expected to provide on-road mileage of around 30 km/hour. The price of the car is expected to be same as price of Tata Nano. The new Bajaj small car is expected to launch initially in petrol version and then the diesel version of this car will follow.
According to company the group is providing more consideration to increase the mileage of the car while low cost is secondary consideration. The new Small car will be manufactured in collaboration of Bajaj Auto (50%), Nissan (25%) and Renault (25%). This new small is expected to roll out from new plant in Pune.
