Mahindra BE 05

Latest Update: The Mahindra BE.05 electric SUV’s interior was spied recently.

Launch: The BE.05 EV is expected to arrive in India by October 2025.

Price: It could be priced from Rs 25 lakh (ex-showroom).

Seating Capacity: It will be offered in a 5-seater configuration.

Battery, Range, and Charging: The BE.05 is based on the INGLO platform and is expected to be powered by a 60 kWh battery pack with a claimed range of approximately 450 km. According to Mahindra, this platform will support fast charging of up to 175 kW and can charge from 5% to 80% in 30 minutes. The INGLO platform can accommodate front-wheel-drive (FWD), rear-wheel-drive (RWD), and all-wheel-drive (AWD) systems. The rear-wheel-drive models could produce up to 285 PS, while the AWD models could deliver up to 394 PS.

Features: Features include an integrated dual display setup (touchscreen infotainment and digital driver's display) and an automatic climate control.

Rivals: The BE.05 will rival the MG ZS EV, Hyundai Kona Electric, as well as the upcoming Hyundai Creta EV and Tata Curvv EV.
