Saina Nehwal Recieves a BMW from Sachin Tendulkar

After winning the first ever Bronze medal for India for the sport of Badminton, Saina Nehwal is seeing immense glory. This glory was further taken ahead at the felicitation ceremony that the Vice President of Andhra Badminton Association, Chamundeshwari Nath organized for her. At the ceremony Saina received a brand new luxurious BMW car from BMW India’s first brand endorser and the cricketing legend, Sachin Tendulkar. Saina received the new BMW 3 series that came in recently in its 6th generation. The new BMW 3 series comes at a starting price of Rs. 28.90 Lakh for the 320d and goes up till Rs. 37.90 Lakh for its 328iSport Line petrol model.

Commenting on India’s finest Shuttler, India’s finest batsmen said that even after the glorious victory, Saina is strongly rooted to the ground and this is a trait of a champion sports person. He further added that this medal is a result of sheer determination and dedication and also mentioned, motivating Saina that her best is yet to come. Sachin also announced a car for her coach P Gopichand and the other talented female player, PV Sindhu. Saina on the other hand also said that she is sure that the Badminton team of India will definitely bring in more medals for India very soon and also said that she is hopeful that Badminton will now rise as a popular sport in the country. She further went on to thank her coach, P. Gopichand who worked with her and trained her for many years.
