Oliver Gruenberg joins SkodaAuto India as Managing Director, Technical Affairs
SkodaAuto India, the luxury car maker, has appointed Oliver Gruenberg as its new Managing Director for Technical Affairs, a position earlier held by Jean-Marie Lagey. Gruenberg took on the post from August 1. Lagey has retired from the company after finishing his tenure. The company was quoted saying that Lagey has been assigned new responsibilities in Europe.

Gruenberg has earlier worked as the Manufacturing Director and Deputy General Director of Volkswagen and has contributed in excelling the business in Russia. The company also announced that Thomas Kuehl will continue on the post of spokesperson of the company and member of the Board & Director Sales & Marketing.
Successively, Sanjay Mundade will continue on the post of CFO and member of the Board of Commercial Affairs. Makarand Deshpande will continue as the member of the board of Human Resources and Administration at SkodaAuto India, said the company.
