Mitsubishi Pajero Sport Automatic booking started at Rs. 5 lacs; launch on November 14
The delayed launch of Mitsubishi Pajero Automatic in India will now happen on November 14. Mitsubishi Motors has started taking bookings for the car from Rs.5 lacs. The Mitsubishi Pajero Sport Automatic will be getting a 5-speed automatic transmission, which is already on sale in Thailand and will be available only in the 4x2 version. The Pajero Sport is the only model that Mitsubishi sells in India through its partnership with Hindustan Motors.

The Pajero Sport Automatic will be powered by a 2.5-litre diesel engine putting out a maximum power of 178 bhp and 350 Nm of peak torque. The 5-speed automatic transmission will pass the power to the rear wheels.
There are also reports that suggest the Pajero Sport Automatic will also get exterior updates and new features that were introduced in the anniversary edition a while back. These features include touch screen multimedia system, GPS navigation and reverse camera.
