With the festive occasion of Christmas almost upon us, many auto makers are planning various schemes and offers to celebrate the occasion. In a slightly different fashion, Mercedes-Benz AMG has released a video that features the spectacular, 2013 Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG GT3 and a batch of cookies!
The video features the technical team of AMG carefully placing a tray of cookies onto the engine of the SLS AMG GT3, which is then taken by the driver for a hot lap around the circuit. With careful driving to attain an exact engine temperature, the GT3 does the job of baking the cookies to perfection, after which they are enjoyed by the team.
The SLS AMG GT3 is the racing version of the SLS AMG production car and comes with an all-aluminium 6.2-litre, V8 configuration engine that generates 500bhp and 600Nm of torque. This power is transmitted to the drive through a 6-speed sequential gearbox. The SLS AMG GT3 comes with a mix of aluminium and carbon fibre body frame on an aluminium spaceframe chassis.
