Goodwood Festival of Speed Changes Schedule to Make Way for German GP
The Goodwood Festival of Speed is the only event apart from the Formula One races where spectators have a chance to view the latest F1 cars and their drivers in action. The upcoming 2013 Goodwood FoS was originally planned from the 5th to the 7th of July, 2013. However due to a clash with the German Grand Prix, the Goodwood FoS will be re-scheduled to play out from the 12th to the 14th of July, 2013.

The FIA has pre-poned the German Grand Prix by a week in order to make room for another race on the 21st of July, 2013. Goodwood officials stated that the revision in the dates was unavoidable and that they regretted any inconvenience caused by the changes which were out of Goodwood control. The officials also mentioned that the tickets that had already been purchased for the Festival of Speed would be valid for the new dates that have been set.
