We don't know what the market demand is. We are working on allocation formulas right now..." said Dodge's CEO Tim Kuniskis, who neither confirmed nor denied the rumor. “We are working on allocation formulas right now and scenarios on how we will allocate it. I can’t tell you exactly what we will do. Will we allocate based on past Challenger sales? Will we base it on Challenger V8 sales? On SRT and V8 (combined)? Whatever it ends up being somewhere in that group of possibilities it will then be opened up to anybody who is a Dodge dealer,” he added.

The new 2015 Dodge Challenger SRT Hellcat pumps out a mammoth 707 bhp, making it Dodge’s most powerful Challenger ever. At its heart sits a 6.2-litre supercharged HEMI Hellcat engine, rated at 880 Nm of peak torque. This new engine is Dodge’s and SRT’s first implementation of V8 supercharger technology.

The new power unit arrives as standard with two key fobs, red and black. The red key fob unlocks the full 707bhp and 880Nm potential, while the black key fob limits the power generation to a reduced output of 500 bhp, which isn't less either. The unit comes coupled with a new TorqueFlite 8-speed automatic transmission and an all-new interior inspired by the classic 1971 Challenger.

The muscle car sprints 0 to 100 kmph in less than 4 seconds and top speed stands at approximately 320 kmph. Prices for the new 2015 Dodge Challenger SRT Hellcat will be starting from 59,995 USD, once it arrives in the market. Though there are no such plans of Dodge being sold here to the Indian folks.
