- Fun-to-drive: 1-litre TSI engine is fun to push hard and puts a smile on your face.
- Practical. Ample space for four 6-footers. Cabin storage is very well thought out too.
- 446-litre boot space is more than sufficient for 4 cabin-sized trolley bags.
- Enough features: Sunroof, ventilated and powered front seats, 10.1-inch touchscreen.
Toyota Taisor
- Good drive experience: Offers a good balance between ride and handling along with a peppy 1-litre turbo-petrol engine
- Decent space: One 6-footer can sit behind another with ease
- Looks different: The face has enough styling changes to distinguish it from the Maruti Fronx
- It also gets a better warranty package than the Fronx and will have a better resale value

Skoda Kylaq
- No diesel or CNG options available.
- Fuel efficiency isn’t great, particularly in heavy city traffic. Expect 10kmpl at best.
- Minor annoyances: poor camera quality, very light horn, and noisy seat ventilation blowers spoil the experience.
Toyota Taisor
- Needs a different cabin: The cabin design and even the colour scheme is the same as the Maruti Fronx
- Few missing features: leatherette seat covers with ventilation and sunroof
- Less rear headroom: While a 6-footer can sit in the back with enough legroom, the headroom will just be average
- Needs better cabin quality: Plastic texture on the dashboard does not feel on par with the segment
