Pros & Cons

Pros
Cons

Kia Seltos
- Plenty of charging options for the entire family: 5 USB type-C ports with front wireless phone charging
- Feature-rich: Dual 12.3-inch displays, panoramic sunroof, 8-speaker Bose sound system, 360-degree camera and Level-2 ADAS
- Engine and transmission options: Gets three engines, including a diesel, each with the option of a manual or automatic transmission
- Ride quality: Feels comfortable with improved cushioning than before
MG Astor
- Premium interior: The dashboard has a sporty design and the choice of materials gives it an upmarket feel
- Good features: 10.1-inch touchscreen, 7-inch digital driver's display, ADAS and an AI assistant

Kia Seltos
- Not as poised around a corner as before: Comfy suspension has reduced the sharpness in handling
- Polarising looks: New bold design is a big departure from the earlier sharp and sporty look
- Fuel efficiency with the turbo-petrol and diesel-automatic won’t be great
MG Astor
- Missing features: Does not get premium features like ventilated seats and a wireless phone charger
- Not a 5-seater: Rear cabin width is not ideal for three passengers
- Limited powertrains: Does not get the option of a diesel or turbo-petrol engine
