I promptly visited the authorized service center to rectify the problem, and it took an extensive period of 7-8 days for the technicians to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, the relief was short-lived as after another month, the same AC issue resurfaced, causing significant inconvenience once again. The recurrence of the AC problem within such a short span is disheartening and raises concerns about the car's reliability and quality control. Despite the car's overall appeal and performance, this persistent issue significantly affects the overall satisfaction and peace of mind associated with the ownership experience. I hope Volkswagen takes notice of these recurring issues and implements lasting solutions to maintain the trust and satisfaction of its customers.
