A Stylish Hatch With Room For Improvement
The Tata Altroz has been a fresh quality product in the premium hatchback segment with its cutting edge design turning heads wherever I go. Its diesel variant comes with a 1.5 liter turbocharged engine producing 90 PS of power and offers a great blend of performance and fuel efficiency managing around 21 kmpl which is fantastic. The car feels a bit heavy, particularly in the steering which is noticeable in urban settings. The rear seating could use a bit more legroom for taller passengers and the absence of an automatic transmission option in the diesel variant feels like a missed opportunity.
