Make way for this champ

I was surprised to see this car being launched in India. Swift with same platform, features had been launched which proved to be a grand grand success for MS in india, but MS went one step ahead and got this car to india, same engine, same platform, same features. Then what really was the difference? it was only the shape, more practical. Prices were a bit lesser than swift, but MS had introduced it against the swift. Shockingly, it didn't get a warm response at the start, slowly sales gathered up. Ritz, came with a bold front, very different yet stylish, a little audi-like grille. The design won many hearts. However the rear wasn't liked by many. I like the rear, boomerang headlights as they say look fresh and nice to me. Makes it more sporty for me, but again looks are subjective. Interiors are spacious, more than claustrophobic swift. The windscreen was large, big windows too. The interior quality was better, near to its rivals which are figo and beat. Quality was much better than swift. The dashboard is awesome. The ac works very good, has a good music system with easy to use switches for AC. The layout is not in black, rather in greyish-black which gives it a good sight. The speedometer or pod is very funky, only seen in a mini cooper before. The digits and lights could be read easily on the pod. The steering is good, gives a good feel. The rear seat is very comfortable, slightly soft suspension. The car overall is spacious, rear headroom is the best in class. Boot is not very big, but can still fit 2-3 bags. The car feels good to drive, With the new K series engine, it gives 85bhp, very smooth and ultra silent. The car has a good pickup, best suited for city traffic. For me i felt the clutch was a little upwards, but i think you can get used to that. The steering wheel is very responsive, great handling. Ride quality is decent. The mileage is best in class, that fuel gauge takes a long time to empty itself. The front seats are well positioned. Fog lamps are a boon in this variant. Rear view mirror is big and good for this car. Overall ritz is another winner from MS, and definitely, makes a practical buy over the swift. It can't handle like the swift, but overall definitely a family car.
