When we talk about the hatchback segment of cars, the Maruti Wagon R VXI is the one of the first options that comes in mind. In this segment of cars, Maruti Wagon R VXI price is the best, if the features and functions are taken into consideration. Maruti Suzuki India has made many new and advanced changes in the old version of this hatchback to keep up their reputation in the market. Not only the exteriors but the interiors also have been modified. With a new bigger platform of 3599mm, the cabin space is quite impressive and can easily accommodate 5 persons. As compared to the small yet tall size of 1700mm height, the Maruti Wagon R VXI comes with 998cc engine that produces a maximum power of 67bhp at 6200rpm with 90Nm of torque. The K-Series engine is available with a five speed manual transmission and comes with 3-cylinders having 4-valves each. The 2400mm wheelbase enables to achieve a tremendous turning radius of only 4.6 meters, which is really less as compared to the other competitors. Exteriors

Interiors
The dual tone interiors and 3D effect upholstery gives the Maruti Wagon R VXI trim, a modernized look. A bit of metallic silver touch has been given to the instrument panel and the inside door handles which adds on to the stylish looks of the cabin. The tall design of the cabin makes it really spacious from the inside thereby giving a comfortable and luxurious feel. The ergonomically designed silver gear knob and dual toned black and beige seats prove the fact that the company focuses more on the practical features rather than the complicated and technical ones. The roof lining is beautifully molded and the floor carpet is needle punched to give the interiors an astonishing finish. Braking and Handling
The driving standards and comforts of the Wagon R VXI are considered to be the most economical and smooth. The front wheels of the car is equipped with ventilated disc brakes, whereas the rear end consists of drum brakes, thereby providing an effective braking system. Though Maruti Wagon R VXI is a well balanced car, stability and handling could be a matter of concern at high speeds because of its height and width ratio resulting in the imbalance or toppling of the car.
