Volkswagen Taigun Compact SUV Concept- Photo Gallery
Volkswagen India has showcased its compact SUV concept, Taigun at the Delhi Motor Show. It is the company’s direct answer to the likes of Ford EcoSport and Renault Duster. Based on the Volkswagen’s new small family platform structure (PQ12), this concept measures less than 4 metre in length and has a wheelbase of 2.47 metre. The rear door handles are positioned within the window line and it also features the flip open windows. Under the hood, the concept SUV gets the 1.0-litre, three-cylinder, turbo-petrol engine producing 108bhp.
