With the new generation, the Tiguan has grown larger in size. For India, Volkswagen is offering the SUV in its sportiest ‘R-Line’ variant.

- Powerful turbo-petrol engine: Offers an engaging drive experience and suspension set up gives you the best of both words - comfortable and sporty when you want it to be.
- Missing features: Does not get keyless entry, powered and ventilated front seats
- Not so efficient: Fuel efficiency of the large turbo-petrol engine in traffic and when driven with a heavy right foot can drop
