Very poor quality parts used in the car And very very poor service quality

Problem with back gear
I bought new renult duster 5 months back. Rxs. Since then I sent car thrice to service center as back gear of car get stuck . Now n then . Don't know what to do if it happens with new car . Zero sensitivity of responsibility towards clients. Pathetic experience.

Worthless and waste of money !!!
I have bought a new rxz duster in 2018. Had a fuel tank issue. Everytime I fill the diesel, it leaks. Service centre says the issue is cleared. Again issue continues. Work service from Renault, they are only money makers and doesn't bother about customers safety at all ..

Worst service........
My car's one side is totally damaged on 24th nov 2017 so i went to the service center and they said we have order the parts it will be commin soon. Stuck on the road....There are chances!!!!
Saturday when we were all set to start a journey, the SUV refused to get into the reverse gear and was stuck !We asked a road side assistance and the assistance came in 3 days and moved the vehicle to nearest TVS service point. Very Low Quality Material Use And Very Noising Car
I Have Renault Duster 85Ps and it's very noising and humming. I have checked at showroom but they say that every duster have this and its normal means it's not totally a silent car. Nice Softroader. But not worth the money for safety
Nice car overall. But the worst ting about this is the lack of basic safety features. The base model for which you are spending a million rupees doesn't have even one airbag. Can't get much worse. Drive it, Feels Good!!!

Good Car but over priced
I have Purchased the Renault duster 3 years ago and I have already reached the 1,00,000 km mark I am really happy with the car, there are no issues, it is low on maintenance, driving is exceptionally good on the highways. Good look and style. after free services, maintenance cost increase. but it's not a big deal.

Awesome it is!
My one of the favourite car is the Duster. I bought it in July 2016. It has exciting features like its interior, its alloys, etc. Its ground clearance is excellent. I loved its audio system. Everything about the vehicle is exciting.. but, what happened to the technical upgrades with comfort level for the high-end model with auto and cruise control option which are most anticipated in today's city traffic conditions in India.
