E-Class has 4 variants from ₹80L — the long-wheelbase chauffeur favourite, made in India with 8 airbags including an India-first centre bag. E 200 petrol (₹80L, 204 hp) and E 220d diesel (₹82L, 197 hp / 440 Nm) cover the rational picks; the 140 Years Celebration Edition (₹82.70L) adds a dashcam and rear-seat entertainment screen; E 450 4MATIC (₹93.50L) is the six-cylinder flagship — 381 hp, 4.5s to 100, DIGITAL LIGHT HD headlamps and the memory package. All get the MBUX Superscreen (14.4-inch central + 12.3-inch passenger display), Burmester 4D with Dolby Atmos (17 speakers / 730W), panoramic sunroof, 4-zone climate, 360° camera and the 36-degree reclining rear seats with boss mode and powered sunblinds — the best back seat under a crore. Most buyers land at E 220d (₹82L) — the diesel's range suits airport-run duty and the rear-seat experience is identical — without paying ~₹11.50L extra for E 450's inline-six theatre.

- April 24, 2026: Mercedes-Benz has launched a special 'Celebration Edition' of the E-Class at Rs 82.70 lakh (ex-showroom). It is limited to 140 units and gets exclusive touches like a dashcam, rear seat entertainment system, branded seat cushions and a custom key box.
