Mercedes-Benz does not only impress with its cars, but also with its rather cordial policies. The Indian subsidiary of this Stuttgart-based company has launched a new nationwide campaign to bring in the festival season. The company, which is also the official automobile partner of the Buddh International Circuit, has launched a festive initiative, under which the buyers of a Mercedes car may get the opportunity to meet the legendary F1 racer, Michael Schumacher, along with an all expenses paid trip to watch the Formula 1 race. The campaign was launched on September 1, and will go on till October 15, 2012 across all the 31 Mercedes-Benz showrooms across the nation.
But that's definitely not the only offer that this German auto giant has for its Indian customers in this festive season. They have also decided to gift 100 Grand Stand tickets to the 2012 Airtel Grand Prix to all those who just visit the showroom and take a test drive. For those who didn't know already, Mercedes Benz's F1 racing team and Bharti Airtel recently entered a race partnership for the 2012 Airtel Grand Prix. Tickets will also be on sale at all their showrooms across India. Furthermore, Mercedes-Benz India will also indulge the racing enthusiasts of the nation as it puts up Mercedes AMG Petronas F1 team merchandise on display during this campaign.
Debashis Mitra, Director, Sales and Marketing, Mercedes-Benz India, said that the entire campaign is the ideal gift for any car and racing enthusiast. He went on to add that through this initiative, they hope to gain leverage in their association with racing as they gift an exciting and star studded experience to their Indian customers, this festive season. With such a promising move, they will not only gain leverage in the market, but also in Indian hearts.
