Almost all the premium vehicle today come with LED detailing in the headlights or around the fog lamp housing. LEDs are also available in most of the new D-segment sedans like 2014 Toyota Corolla and Skoda Octavia and even in the updated 2014 Hyundai Verna. Renault dealership provides lot of accessories for the Duster which includes the day-time-running-LED-headlamps. The DRLs which were only limited to luxury cars earlier are now slowly landing into affordable vehicles!

Ford EcoSport is offered with a variety of other accessories like roof-rack, stylish silver roof-rails, slim door visors, spare wheel cover, front and rear faux silver bash guards, bug deflector, side running board and chrome inserts for the front grille.

Ford India currently sells Figo, Classic, Endeavour while the current Fiesta is likely to be discontinued as the company is preparing for the new 2014 Fiesta launch which was displayed at the 2014 Indian Auto Expo. Next year, the company will bring the nex-gen Figo and compact sedan based on the same and it is expected that the next generation Endeavour will also come next year.

Last month, Ford EcoSport achieved the title of India's most awarded car, a feat achieved by its cousin Figo back in 2010-11. And it's not only about awards, the compact crossover is luring the Indian car enthusiasts which reflected in its long waiting periods (which touched 6 months at one time). However, Ford has now geared up its manufacturing facilities and the ramp-up in production has lowered down the waiting periods to a significant level. The popularity of EcoSport has certainly dented Duster and other SUVs sales in the country. However, with a couple of compact crossovers lined-up in the coming months namely, Chevrolet Trax and Mahindra compact SUV, the competition is sure gonna take new heights.
