Look and Style: As all know, no one buys it for looks, looks are ok. Boxy looks. You get used to it. Comfort: Interior is spacious due to height but the ride is wavy on speed more than 60kmph, good for city only. Pickup: Poor pick up in lower gears also power goes down when AC is on. Mileage with CNG is around 20km/kg, same as an aftermarket CNG but tank capacity is low. Best Features: Space, mileage. Needs to improve: CNG model costs high. Mileage with it is ok. Parts are of poor quality, with the best maintenance via company service on time, the axle had a problem in less than one year with just 15000km of use, company refused to cover it under warranty, no replies to emails. Searched the Internet and found that the axle and other parts of Maruti are of poor quality and many people are facing such problems. Many cases are in consumer forum too. My old zen was better, no such issues even after 100000km. Maruti is no more reliable and takes advantage of its brand name. Overall Experience: Poor parts and customer support, go for Honda or Toyota.
