Engine Failure

Bought my car form bharath motors Mangalore on 29/05/2010, i kept my vehicle for first service on 18/06/2010, after running 1100 km. Car was working fine till 28/06/2010.on 29/06/2010. at km 1980 car started knocking noise sound from engine. I took the vehicle to bharath motors Mangalore on same day for check up after checking for 2 days finally they informed me that vehicle has oil pumping pressure problem, bharath motors service manager told me it will take 1 week time to replace the parts since parts will come from Delhi or they have to import the same. Sad part is even after 12 days maruti did not took any initiative to look into the problem and not replying to mails. down down maruti
