Chevrolet Enjoy 1.3 TCDi LT 8

Chevrolet India has officially rolled out the 2015 version of its MPV model Enjoy in India by making minor tweaks to its style. It has retained the trim levels among which, the Chevrolet Enjoy 1.3 TCDi LT 8 is the variant that is considered to be an ideal multi utility vehicle for city commuters. This vehicle gets new updates like blackenned pillars and chrome garnish on its license plate console. It possesses a cargo volume of 195 litres and a massive 630 litres when the third row is double folded, which is advantageous for undertaking long journeys. On the inside too there are several storage spaces provided, which comprise of map pockets in the door trims, back pockets to front and second row captain seats and boxes in the dashboard. Seats are layered with leatherette and the theme is of dual toned black and beige. Engine and Performance:

This variant is fitted with a 1.3-litre diesel motor is has a displacement value of 1248cc. Based on the dual overhead camshaft valve configuration, it comprises a unit of four cylinders and sixteen valves. This mill is capable of churning out a maximum power of 73.77bhp at 4000rpm and will be able to deliver a torque of 172.5Nm at 1750rpm range. The tank can hold about 50 litres which is advantageous. A fuel economy of 18.2Kmpl is produced by this engine.

Braking and Handling:

McPherson struts have been fitted to its front axle, while the rear suspension consists of multi-link coil springs. Both the axles are coupled with passive twin-tube filled shock absorbers. Designed with a safe cage body structure to distribute the impact derived out of a collision and avoiding it to affect the cabin is a great defensive mechanism. Apart from this, there are side impact beams for front and rear doors that make this vehicle impenetrable. Headlamp-on and key-in reminders along with door ajar warning and driver seatbelt reminders are offered. Seatbelts with ELR system is provided for front seats. Along with speed sensitive auto-door locks, child protection locks too are enabled to the rear doors.
