Worst service Not Good For Indian Roads.
Worst service and competent service center. Definitely not good for Indian roads and people. Need to improve a lot.

Comfort And Technology.
I am using a diesel sharp model. The car is very much comfortable for the journey. Getting decent mileage 14 to 16 km/l. I am happy with the service also the first 5 service amount is less than 6k. Happy with the car.

Best In Segment.
It's the best in this segment. Always I get 15 plus mileage. More than that it's cheaper in maintaining and service, 3rd service almost done last month. always feel safe in this car.

Mileage Too Low
Rest all is fine, the average is very bad, not a fuel-efficient car at all, bought one automatic petrol and average is coming to be 6, after servicing just 7 that too when the market is flooded with fuel-efficient options, bad decision.

Amazing Performance Car
MG Hector is an amazing performance car. Features are all best. I thinks that I am sitting in a private jet, or a first class seat. Service is very nice. Too much of safety. We can go on a long trip without any problems. A/C wents are also nice. After-sale is also good.

Satisfactory car
After-sale service is not good. Within the second service, they are asking for money to pick up and drop for servicing of the car. Very disappointed with the behavior.

Poor Mileage.
Extremely poor mileage of about 5 kmpl. Service station guys only fool you by somehow showing manipulated meter reading of higher mileage when the car is given for service.

Excellent car .
I had used the MG Hector car. It is a good car. It had an excellent car service The seats are so comfortable. The car goes smoother for a long ride last yesterday I went to Madurai and it gave a good performance. The internet service of the car was very excellent as it has a GPS navigator which gave ease for me to go to an area.

Best car till today, I have ever used in this segment. Best aftersale services. Features are exclusive and latest. Comfortable leg rooms compare to any car. Air conditioning is superb. All in best is it's an Internet car. You can locate the car any time and it's a very very important feature. The boot size is very nice.

New Is Not Enough - MG Hector

Price Is High
The pricing of MG Hector is really aggressive and features like internet and 10.5" infotainment and auto AC from your remote is awesome. The only concern for new buyers is the cost of service and fuel efficiency.

Best Car
It is made to be destructive in its segment. MG Hector loaded with tons of features draws the Indian customers to it. But real success depends on its reliability and aftersales services. However, steering feedback is quite disappointing. As of now, MG has made a game-changer with new technology to the Indian market at a low price.
