Unpredictable Car , Poor AC, Auto Parking RiskyI bought this car in 2022, and it is good in terms of comfort. However, it had AC problems from day 1, making it unsuitable for Indian summers. It also had issues with network connectivity, hotspots, GPS, Wi-Fi charging, and Wi-Fi. I tried the auto parking feature, which was useless and even caused a crash. Their Mobilo service breakdown was not helpful except for towing. Overall, in India, I would not suggest buying this car because it has many functional electronic control flaws. Many things are unpredictable, like GPS, MercedesMe app location updates, and faulty maps. Finally, I incurred a big loss trying to use the auto parking feature; it crashed into a pillar. Their software updates are also not proper. It's just an ordinary car with a hefty price tag. Despite its nice interiors and advertised features, most of them are worse than those of other ordinary cars. The company hasn't been helpful. I've been following up with them for the past year, but they seem more interested in generating invoices and providing lip service, with the end result being disappointing.
