Never buy a Volkswagen car from Tanya Cars Jaipur, only showroom and service station in Jaipur. If you want to become fool than only go and buy but I ensure you one thing I am not a free man to write a review but this is the way Volkswagen is forcing me to critisize them. At the time of Purchasing: False promises, Commitment, Monopoly, Under fully loaded scheme I became fool. After Sales Service: I can say worst, if you want to expereince just visit the service center in morning or evening you will get to know. If one of you is visiting the service center than forget it would be back befor 25 days. First time visit 5 Sept 2013 back home on 4th October. Second time visit: 9th July 2014 and till now in the service center only. 11th August 2014. Service engineer: GM , no one is picking up my call and no response. Registerd complaint against but no solution. You buying AMC for 796Rs. per month for 15000Km service. First service total cost all includes 8400Rs. I paid 9600 + Alignment cost. I am fool. Bajaj alliance insurance is king in itself will not approve any claim. No one from Volkswagen will stand on their words thay can change according to the situation. Still you want to buy your wish or call me when you are going to buy 8890007711. I can save your money and time. Service engineer thinks, he is the best. After alignement and balancing paid Rs 750. They say your car cannot run straight more than 50 Meter.
