I happened to purchase the Renault Captur RXT petrol(Radiant Red with Piano Black roof) back in December 2018 after much deliberation and thorough research on the car and I must say that I could not have made a better choice. The car is a head turner wherever you take it. It has excellent exterior build quality, very comfortable interiors for long journeys and a tried and tested platform(from the duster) which makes your drive the most fun you can ever have. Within the last four months, I have managed to drive the car for more than 5000 kms and not once has the car given me any problems. The engine sound and the cabin noise is next to nil. A special mention should be made of the car handling on highways and the equally easy manoeuvrability on the Mumbai city streets. You can hardly feel any undulations on the road and everything under tires is absorbed into a gentle thud because of its extremely well-tuned suspension. This coupled with the class-leading 210 mm ground clearance actually gives you the confidence to drive your vehicle like a proper off-roader. The Rxt petrol variant, in particular, is a steal at the current selling price of the vehicle and includes all the necessary features and more than you would find in a competitor company's car (eg. Rain sensing vipers). I can completely vouch for the fact that if you are a person who loves cars and driving the Renault Captur will put a smile on your face.
