Renault India has tasted the success in the luxury car segment in India with its Fluence sedan model. Now the company has given it a major cosmetic update with several new cosmetics. This luxury model is launched in two trim levels with a 1.5-litre K9K diesel engine option under the hood. The Renault Fluence E4 D is the top end variant in its series and it is being offered with numerous advanced features such as a 3D surround sound by Arkamys, an advanced dual zone automatic air conditioning unit and many more. The company has refurbished the exteriors of this vehicle by revamping the headlight cluster, radiator grille and bumper. This sedan also received changes inside the cabin with a new soft touch dashboard with restructured central console along with few additional features. The company has retained all the safety aspects of the outgoing model, which includes an engine and transmission guard, anti-pinch windows, SRS airbags for driver and passenger and many others.

Exteriors:

The company has made major modifications to the exteriors of this sedan in a bid to bring a fresh new look to the vehicle. It has changed the design of the front radiator grille and decorated it with chrome inserts and the company logo in the center. The company coupled this engine with an advanced 6-speed manual transmission gearbox that delivers the superior torque output to the front wheels and returns a mileage of about 20.4 Kmpl. On the other hand, this engine enables the vehicle to reach a top speed of about 180 to 190 Kmph, while accelerating towards 100 Kmph front standstill in just 14 seconds.

Braking and Handling:

The manufacturer has assembled the front wheels of this sedan with ventilated disc brakes, while equipping the rear ones with solid disc brakes.
