Introduction
Maruti Suzuki has generated a lot of buzz among masses since the news of Vitara Brezza's launch had started doing rounds. With this new offering, the company now steps in to the competitive compact SUV segment and competes with the likes of Ford EcoSport, Mahindra TUV 300 and Renault Duster. Let us now discuss about the VDi Option trim, which is one of its mid range variants and see what's in store for us.

Overview
Maruti Vitara Brezza VDi Option, which is priced at around Rs. 7.75 lakh is a mid range variant in this model lineup. Built on the Suzuki C platform, this machine flaunts a sporty look with attractive design cues and creases that makes it stand out in the crowd. On the outside, the spotlight definitely falls on the bold front grille, floating roof design and the rear end, which is designed excellently. This compact SUV is hefty on the outside, but inside it carries a contemporary design theme that leaves you with a pleasant feel. It packs in several styling elements and comfort giving features as well like the tilt steering column, audio remote control, and manual air conditioner along with some storage spaces. On the other hand, it incorporates a 1.3-litre diesel motor that gives the best in class mileage. It comes mated to a 5-speed manual transmission gear box and delivers 88.5bhp power together with 200Nm torque. Exterior:
Vitara Brezza is indeed one of the most stunning vehicles from the stables of Maruti Suzuki. It is muscular, bold and even stylish in terms of design and appearance. What impresses the most in its frontage is the bold radiator grille that carries the prominent company's insignia. On either sides of this grille, high intensity headlamps are positioned. Below this, is a perforated airdam equipped to the well sculpted bumper that houses turn indicators and a black garnished skid plate beneath. On the sides, it gets body colored door handles, outsides rear view mirrors as well as B-pillars. The cladding on doors and flared up square wheel arches gives its sides a unique look. A set of 16 inch steel wheels are offered, which come covered with 205/60 R16 sized tubeless tyres. The center console houses a manual air conditioner and an audio unit featuring a CD player. The audio remote control is also offered for easy operation of this unit. The aspects like AC louver knobs and parking brake lever look great with fine metallic finishing. I am driving maruti brezza for 6 years. It is one of the best car maruti have ever made, I have taken this car to many places, I have done 800km in a single stretch and this car never disappoints. I live in hills, I never have to face problem with mileage it get around 17 to 18kmpl easily in hills, and in plane area it gives me around 20 to 22 kmpl which is amazing for a daily drive car.
