The regional chapters across the world, of the Italian auto giant, Ferrari famous for its luxury spilling sportscars, have been competing against each other from past few years. This said competition is to see which one is going to set the largest parade record of supercars of Maranello. In the year 2007, during the Ferrari Racing Days, the Ferrari of North Europe created a Guinness World Record for bringing 385 cars on the Silverstone Circuit.

This record was broken in 2008 when 490 Ferrari supercars made it together to Japan at the Fuji Speedway Circuit in Shizuoka. In order to regain the lost glory, the Ferrari North Europe announced its intention of taking another attempt at this parade in February this year.

The Northern Europe chapter seems to be well on track as already 600 owners having registered to participate in title winning parade on Saturday, 15th September during the Ferrari Racing Days once again at the Silverstone Circuit.

As per the company, the Ferrari North Europe is targeting at creating a history for the Guinness World Records with 1000 cars this time, which means 400 spots are still open for registration. Also this car maker has pledged that it will donate £5 for each car helping to set the world record as a part of charity to the BEN which is the charity of the automotive industry itself.
