Pros & Cons

Pros
Cons

Hyundai Venue
- Feature-packed. Sunroof, Bose audio system, seat ventilation — everything that larger SUVs have.
- Great infotainment experience: twin 12.3-inch screens have crisp graphics and zero lag. Wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay is offered.
- Multiple engine options: petrol, turbo-petrol, diesel — take your pick.
- Automatic transmission available with both petrol and diesel engine options. More choice for city commuters.
- Strong safety package: 6 airbags, 360° camera, electronic stability control, Level 2 ADAS and more.
Mahindra XEV 9S
- Striking Design: Looks premium and modern thanks to its lighting setup.
- Feature Rich: Gets all the features you can expect from a car of this price. No major misses.
- Highway Friendly: 500 km of real world range is more than enough for intercity commutes.

Hyundai Venue
- Top-end variants are quite expensive. Larger SUVs are available for the price.
- Non-turbo petrol engine could have been offered with a CVT for budget buyers.
- Fuel efficiency of turbo-petrol engine in heavy city traffic is quite low. Expect 7-10kmpl.
Mahindra XEV 9S
- Sub-par Interior Quality: Not a premium as expected
- Low Boot Space: Barely any space left when all three rows are up.
