Miserable once you need spares

In low speeds pickup is not linear, infact it's a bit lower than it should be on a 90PS engine. Mileage:16kmpl - If you hit high speeds frequently on highways 18kmpl- If you go at 80-90kmph consistently. This has been my favourite. 20kmpl- Achievable when you drive carefully. 13kmpl- In Hyderabad city traffic. Best Features:Insta mileage bar in speedometer,Stearing hardens as you increase speed, thus it gives us best control in high speeds,Good engine power. I was able to hit 165 kmph on Ring road, Hyderabad. Needs to improve: CUSTOMER SERVICE is BELOW PAR STANDARDS . I'll update this section as I am undergoing major problems with spares with them and TATA. Car had underbody damage due to stone hit, so I gave car to Tata service center, and they kept saying parts not available, which is true, and only TATA should help on this by manufacturing parts and giving realistic timelines on delivery through their fanchises. Its been 13 days and going on, I am without car now, which is very hard to digest, since its my regular transportation for everything. And most of the issue is due to TATA not making parts as far as I can conclude. Overall Experience Car is best in its segment, I love the car BUT Customer Service is below average, Parts availability is ZERO. That means you should never get in to problems if you want to live with this car.
