Very bad service response
I have Captur platine diesel, purchased on 27th Dec 2017. I drove almost 50 thousand kilometers till date. Good vehicle, comfortable to drive. Happy with service and maintenance. However, I would like to bring the following two issues to the public. 1. The deck system of my Captur is of bad quality. 1. Hands-free call feature is too bad 2. Its FM reception capturing power is too bad. Facing this issue since the first week of its purchase. Sorry to say, the service response pertaining to this particular issue is pathetic. Finally, of frustration, I reached on their production office helpdesk through toll free number. Made two conference calls with an action item on the local service centre. Service centre were supposed to contact me for checking the issue and this was their commitment. Nothing happen. Gave 2nd reminder call back with main office helpdesk saying nobody contacted. Got commitment once again. So far I have not got any call from them or the main office. My question is : Is this how you respond to critical calls. Somehow the hardware unit is faulty and the local incharge is pushing out my case and concern saying "since this issue is not reported in any other series, they can't do anything." To all buyers - please check the system before you buy Captur. Cheap quality system.
