Maruti Ertiga: Worth Buying

Maruti Suzuki has launched its first ever MPV, Maruti Ertiga, which was placed against the most popular utility vehicle Toyota Innova. Ertiga was proved to be a perfect alternative for Innova, as it was designed with huge interior space and fitted with a well-performing engine. The company has designed it pretty well that suited to the taste of Indian car enthusiasts. As soon as it was launched in the markets, it went on to receive a huge number of bookings. Recently last month, I have planned to purchase an MPV and went through several models in the market. However, only Maruti Ertiga was proved to be an ideal vehicle for me as it was very affordable and offers huge space that can provide comfortable seating space for my entire family. I strictly thought of buying Innova but for the price of its base version, I have got the top end version Ertiga, which is very much satisfying. However, its engine size is very less and it should have been at least a 1.6 litre considering its body size and seating capacity. The all new Maruti Ertiga that I have bought is equipped with a 1.3 litre 4 cylinder DDiS diesel engine that has the ability to churn out 88.8Bhp of maximum power at 4000Rpm and makes 200Nm of torque at 1750Rpm. Considering, its size and capacity, the mileage produced by this car is truly impressive. It can produce a mileage from 17.2 Kmpl to 20.77Kmpl, which is more than any other MPV. As far as features are concerned, the vehicle is loaded with some decent features inside that include AC, power steering, power windows, ABS, central locking, multi function steering wheel, music player and so on. The driving experience was good but it lacks automatic transmission gearbox. Driving this car in specified speed levels will give you a good experience and produce great mileage. I would suggest this Ertiga MPV to all those families who are looking to buy an MPV.
