We have to remember one thing, nowadays everyone is looking for mileage not only because of rising petrol prices daily but more people not bothered about build quality and durability of the car. The car which was made before 2005 or 2007 are good in quality. Nowadays (it's almost all hatchback cars, not only i10) each car company is looking how to reduce the weight and get 1 km extra mileage compared to other cars to publish and sell as much as they can. Car buyers please think about your life before you buy any car. If something happens no car company will bear ur family. Getting discount is not matter, it matters what are the safety concerns (airbags, ABS, etc) in the car. Spending 1 Lakh extra is not equal to our Life. Happy and Safe Driving.
