- I Have A Renault Duster Absolutely Never Faced Any ProblemI have had a Renault Duster RXL (O) since November 2012 and have clocked 105000 km in the last 8.5 years. My use is mostly on highways but has used it off roads on few occasions. Absolutely never faced any problem. I changed tires once at 60k km and battery twice. I changed the clutch plate, rear shock absorbers, and break shoes after one lakh km It is the roomiest and comfortable vehicle in the current lot. Instruments and features are just basic but adequate for me. Service cost is high if you compare it with Maruti or Hyundai. But then you have a European car. I also have a Renault Triber (March 2020) for city use.Read MoreWas this review helpful?YesNo
- Good Car High Cost Maintenance - No Value For MoneyThe Duster is a nice car as long as it runs. There are two issues with the car. First that there are few service centers with well-trained mechanics for trouble shooting. The second issue is more important. The spares of the car are horribly high priced and that is the fleecing that the company keeps hidden till you buy the car. The spares are at least 1.5 times costlier than any comparable indian origin car. One example is the key set. A key replacement can push you back by a couple of thousand, a ge lever by about thrice that. If you have to have your clutch or suspension attended, it will surely burn a hole in your pocket - and a very severe one at that. Overall, it is not value for money.Read MoreWas this review helpful?YesNo

Cons: Outdated interior, Missing lack of equipment. Renault Sales and Service network. Overall: If you want a true SUV for an Off-roading experience. No one matches up with the DusterRead MoreWas this review helpful?YesNo

- Making Fool To Customer With Selling AMTThe worst performance in AMT 110 DIESEL, having the issue of the clutch plate, pressure plate, etc. Changed 2 times in 45000km and again the same issue from 50000km, company denying to change free of cost as it is worn and tear apart. Will anybody do repair of 40000 per 15000km for the clutch plate. Worst handling and response. While servicing a vehicle is not being washed from below side of the vehicle not having a ramp for cleaning etc. The location of workshop is in a remote area, how one can purchase so costly vehicle.Read MoreWas this review helpful?YesNo
- A Pathetic CarI own a top variant Renault Duster which I had purchased in the year 2017. Right after one year of purchase the vehicle started to show problems. I requested Renault India to replace my vehicle but they turned a deaf ear. So I had to send it to the service station which is about 220 kms away from my town for repair. The service station ruled out the problem of one faulty injector and replaced it and released my vehicle. Soon after I brought it back to my town, my duster again showed up problems so had to send it once again to the service station and this time they said there's a faulty in all the 4 injectors. I had to shell out more than a lakh of rupees for replacement of injectors. After necessary servicing the service station took a trial of my vehicle for more than 200 kms and said vehicle is perfect now and hence I can take the delivery. After bringing it back to my home town again I just took the vehicle around my town about 20 kms and to my surprise I again noticed faulty symbol on my vehicle. I again called up the service station and sent my vehicle. This time they said there's a problem with the steering pump which will cost me around 41k apart from labour charges. I asked support from the company saying that only couple of days back I had replaced the 4 injectors and done the servicing after which trial was done by the company and found the vehicle to be in perfect condition and now why did this problem of hard steering occur again? The company denied supporting at all. Let me tell you guys my vehicle has just covered some 7000 kms approx since the time of its purchase. The company didn't do anything to solve the problem right from the very beginning when only about 2000 kms approx was covered, instead they have made me suffer and spend a lot for this defective vehicle and looted me time and again without giving me a permanent solution. I would like to advice you guys don't ever go for Renault vehicle or else you will suffer like me which is a never ending process.Read MoreWas this review helpful?YesNo
- Don't Buy Duster. You'll Regret.I have an AWD version. The service is the worst of all cars. Very poorly handled by the company. Very expensive parts and Renault doesn't even bother to take care of your car once it is sold. Never buy a Duster. The car is good till it is new but after a year you'll be frustrated to the core. Take my advice, don't even think about buying it.Read MoreWas this review helpful?YesNo
