This is a top end model of the new Jetta series and as a top model it has some extraordinary features and utilities. The engine is a 4 cylinder turbocharged 2.0L TDI engine which has engine displacement of 1968cc . The in line compression ratio for this diesel engine is very good. The maximum power output that this beast can produce is 138bhp at the rate of 4200rpm and the maximum torque generated is 320Nm in the range between 1750 to 2500 rotations per minute. Also the TDI engine has removed any compromises with the fuel economy of the car, which is 16.96kmpl. Also the latest common rail technology not only ensures brilliant performance, fuel consumption but also is very quite. Also the top speed of this car is 208kmph .     

Braking and Handling

Both front and rear brakes are the disc brakes while the front suspension has a coil spring with shock absorbers and suspension stabilizer and the rear suspension system has a multi link suspension with stabilizer. Both the brakes and the suspension are of good quality which is very well supported by the power assisted electric steering wheel. The wheel size is 6.5J X 16 the tyre size is 205/55 R16 as 16inch of tyres . The tyres provide a ground clearance of 159mm and minimum turning radius of 5.5m which are suitably well for a sedan like this.   

Safety features

Being a top variant of the Jetta, one expects that it must have all the new and latest safety precautions and utilities.
