Renault India now enters the small car space with its new model Kwid. It is a brand new hatchback but carries the design and look of a SUV. Altogether, it comes in six variants out of which, Renault Kwid RXE is a mid range trim. It is claimed to be one of the most fuel efficient vehicles that return a mileage of around 25.17 Kmpl. It has a 0.8-litre engine that is paired with a five speed manual transmission gear box. This can generate a maximum power of 53.2bhp in combination with torque of 72Nm. It has generous exterior dimensions with length, width and height measuring 3679mm, 1579mm and 1478mm respectively. The wheelbase is of 2422mm, whereas its ground clearance is 180mm. Its interiors too are spacious and equipped with a stylish steering wheel, well cushioned seats, air vents and a few others. Also, there are some interesting features that grant great convenience to its occupants. These are the air conditioning unit, reclining front seats, gear shift indicator and so on. The exteriors are designed in a splendid way that can easily lure its potential buyers. It has a robust structure that is combined with some remarkable aspects. These include an aggressive radiator grille as well as bright headlamps at front and a set of steel wheels on its sides. Meanwhile, the integrated roof spoiler and an expressive boot lid make its rear end look very impressive.
