- The Car Is Meant For PerformanceThe car is meant for performance and not for mileage or luxury comfort, this is the best car with the V6 engine. The car with a small engine and great performance. It's limited to a top speed of 315 kmph. The orange and red color of this car looks stunning(personally).Read More

- Nissan GTR. The Epitome of PerformanceGodzilla! Even you think I am talking about the monster of a Hollywood movie, assigning that attribute to the Nissan GTR is not a problem. The name can instill fear and surprise in the mind of anyone. The true monster can permanently plaster a wide grin on the driver's face. The swanking supercar is a brute drag race beater or a track machine rolled out on the road in a delightful package. Nissan introduced GTR at the 2016 Auto Expo and launched the car in following year looking at the growing feedback for the car. Since it caters to a niche segment, this is not everyone's cup of tea. The car on the road can literally turn heads wherever it moves and the adventure of planting the right food to the floor for blasting this mean machine to incredible speeds is truly an awe-inspiring moment for anyone. Luckily, I was able to drive this Japanese missile of my friend when I first visited Mumbai last year. And since it is Mumbai you can't take risk at busy hours, even the city does not sleep at night. Nevertheless, we set our journey at the midnight for the good all-around visibility. Now it was time that the motor should dance on the tunes of your foot. The supercar is propelled by 3.8L twin-turbo V6 engine that musters 570PS and mind blowing torque of 637Nm. The interesting fact about this engine is that it is hand built by only five dexterous engineers known as 'Takumi' (master craftsmen) in Japan. The car when connected to the super smooth ATTESA E-TS all-wheel drive gearbox can offers a ballistic acceleration time of less than 3 seconds for performing a quick dash of 0-100kmph. The car can reach the top speed of 315kmph which is insane to say the least. While the performance cannot be described in words, the interiors of the car is a lot comfortable unlike other supercars with leather draped dashboard, plusher seats and a meaty steering wheel which doesn't let you lose grip while taming this bull on the track. Then there is multifunction touchscreen infotainment system which not only synchronizes your music amplified by Bose surround sound system but can also display a lot of information related to vehicle's functions such as boost pressure, range and fuel economy tracking, engine temperature, throttle position and a lot more. The carmaker has adopted a minimalistic approach and has designed the cabin as clutter free to avoid distraction on road. All in all, the performance is killing, so the price of Rs. 2 crore.Read More5
- The Japenese MissileLook and Style The looks of the GTR are somewhat different when compared to those of other cars. You might think of it as a botch-job full of squiggles, curves and lines. But the truth lies in the fact that every crease from the front channels air to the rear spoiler(even the crease on the door mirror!). But I think it looks rather brilliant. Not like a Ferrari or a Lambo, but beautiful in it's own unique way. It has presence. Comfort The suspension of the GTR is said to be tuned by Lotus, which car-lovers can vouch for with no doubts on their mind at all. The GTR is known to be one of the fatest cornering cars created with grip that no other car can offer. It also settles down when you you stop throwing the car round corners. It is said to be quite comfortable. It even has 4 seats so you can take your chldren out to experience the terror. Pickup If you meet a person with a V8 under his hood and you tell that you have a 3.8 liter V6 under your GTR's hood, he will laugh his head off at you. But you needn't worry about that. Because that V6 of yours can give any V8 a run for it's money. It produces roughly 490-500 hp with loads and loads of torque to push your way throught the rev-band all the way upto the redline. It is very fast-revving and can go from 0-100 in under 4 seconds. And for a 4-seater saloon car, that's downright brilliant. Mileage Now this being a very powerful car, you wouldn't expect it to be very fuel-efficient. And fuel-efficiency is not one of the reasons you would go buy this car for. But that said, it is quite economical for the enormous power and performance it delivers.(The actual figures are not with me) Best Features One of the best features on the GTR is the central console's touchscreen. It not only plays movies and works as sat-nav and your multimedia interface but also shows you Lateral G, Acceleration fuel consumption and various other graphs.. For about a crore, thats a toy you would want in your car.(You show-off!) Needs to improve Well, it's har to say what it could improve on, it's good at nearly everything. But maybe fuel-efficiency can be better(an SLS AMG with nearly 70 more horsepower than this is far more fuel efficient) Overall Experience Drving magnificence, precision and fun. Nothing left to say.Read More33 4
