In terms of features, it gets a dual integrated screen setup (one for the touchscreen infotainment system and the other for the driver’s display), multi-zone AC, dual wireless phone charger, and a 1400 W 16-speaker Harman Kardon sound system. It also gets a fixed glass roof and an augmented reality-based heads-up display.

It is offered in a 5-seater configuration.
What powertrain options are available with the BE 6e?
The BE 6e is being offered with two battery pack choices: 59 kWh and 79 kWh . It comes with rear-axle-mounted electric motors which produce 231 PS to 285.5 PS. However, the BE 6e is also offered with other drive configurations (front-wheel-drive or all-wheel drive). This SUV offers a claimed range of 682 km (MIDC Part I + Part II).
It supports 175 kW DC fast charging, allowing 20 percent to 80 percent charging in 20 minutes.
How safe is the BE 6e?
Mahindra claims that the INGLO platform, on which the BE 6e is based, has been built keeping a 5-star Global NCAP crash rating in mind. However, we will have to wait for the EV’s crash test to come to a conclusion.
Passenger safety is taken care of by up to 7 airbags (as standard), an electronic stability program (ESP) and a tyre pressure monitoring system (TPMS). It also gets level 2 advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS) tech such as lane-keep assist, forward-collision warning, and adaptive cruise control.
