The Hyundai Veloster is a compact sports car which began sales in South Korea since March 10, 2011 and in the United States at the summer of 2011. It was unveiled on January 10, 2011, at the Detroit auto show, and fills the void left when Hyundai discontinued the Tiburon after the 2008 model year.

A decent mileage of 17-18 kmpl is offered by the Hyundai Veloster on highways.
