PLEASE DON'T BUY CIAZ -WORTHLESS CAR
I am using ciaz 1.5 model 2019.. I have driven about 30,000 km, within this km, I change my brake pad and the rotor for three times. The company itself says manufacturing defect. Making Fool To Customer - Maruti Ciaz
Maruti Ciaz has the worst service and vibrates while gear shifting, an issue in steering and suspension. Worst service I have ever seen.

Not Good Car;
Maruti Ciaz is a very very Poor Car. I have bought this car before 1 year and there are lots of major issues with the car. While you drive this car about 90km speed it creates noise. No any service support.

Not a great build.
The body is not solid it's like a TIN box, safety comes from chassis not body. Chassis wise Ciaz is made from the latest technology and is well built. The body is intentionally made with very lightweight materials to reduce weight so that mileage can be increased.

Not a great car.
The very poor experience I bought a new Ciaz in Apr 2018 after a 10-month car's engine shut off automatically. In the running condition and got starts automatically which is very dangerous in the hilly area. Maruti is passing time on defect rectification but still, they don't get any defect this problem occurs 20-25 times till now.

Wost car with cheap material used by company

Not worth of money at all
Ciaz facelift is a defective product of Nexa, They all have few common issues 1. ORVM- if you invest 12 lacs then you are expecting a luxury from the car. But the timings of Both of ORVM movement is totally different which makes it third-class car. 2. Central locking of this car is a big issue handle lock doesn't work in such cars.

Ciaz Noisy Car
Car is spacious, but it sounds like a farm tractor. It Makes a lot of noise when we switch on AC. I would suggest not to buy this car.

Promise not kept !!
First of all petrol mileage is nowhere near what was promised!! Despite talk claims of smart hybrid. Looks cosmetic with no real value addition. Bad Quality
The interiors quality is worst for this car. I bought the petrol top model and not even completed a year but the seat covers are getting cracked. Even the Nexa team is least bothered about it.

Maruti Ciaz has not good services
I had the worst experience with Maruti Ciaz in my life. In one year I have taken my car to the service centre five times for mileage and suspension issue still, it is not relsoved. I am getting 11.5/ km.

Noisy car.
Too much noise in the cabin. The noise of everything like the engine, engine belt, tyre sound, traffic sound. Very hard to sit inside the car. Maruti Ciaz is very noisy.

Poor after Sale Service and manufacturing problems
Sub-standard battery has been used in the car which gives the warranty of only 2.5 years and has started creating problems much before than that. Also the stepney provided is of small size which possibly might create the problem of equalization in the future hence reducing the efficient use of the car. Built quality is bad
Little engine lag at low rpm and front suspension is little over smooth that even at 10-15 speed bottom of the car touch's speed brakes and potholes, next build quality of the car is underrated. headlights are short range not for high way and everything is good about its mileage etc.

Very average high priced , poor quality ciaz
The car has very poor driving comfort. Pl do not buy Ciaz as it's highly priced for the quality. The steering is not at all comfy and irritating. Not a pleasant car to buy. The faults in the car are not addressed and ignored by the service department. I am know because I own one and repent a pot.
